Why

With a brand and website that was no longer fit-for-purpose, Sitback (an award-winning UX agency based in Sydney, Australia) needed a fresh new look. In association with Method & Madness, we embarked on a creative journey, stripping back the brand to the roots to craft an identity that spoke to the core values of the company.

This project was a true collaboration from start to finish, with superb insight provided by the internal Sitback team that informed the creative territories we explored and influenced the final brand identity.

What sets Sitback apart is the relationships they have with their clients, a simple combination of two things:

• A personable and honest connection with their current and future clients and,
• Their ability to deliver exceptional experiences

Combined, these brand promises led us to our creative platform – Bound by Optimism – to build a brighter future and focus on what’s possible.

The new logo demonstrates two figures coming together to demonstrate their connect, human-centric approach. Whilst the new logo is the centrepiece of the brand, the story doesn’t end there. The entire visual identity has been revamped, with a new approach to colour, typography, illustration and tone of voice. As well as the brand, we were tasked with creating a brand new, component-driven and flexible user interface for the Sitback website.
